Payroll Reminder

Our payroll reporter/secretary, Joy, is no longer with us. Please make sure you are checking your timecard in KRONOS and writing any exceptions in the book at the front desk. Branda, from the Trauma Service, is going to be helping us out with the payroll temporarily. Since she is not familiar with our staff we need to be especially diligent in getting all exceptions in the book so we get paid accurately. Thanks for your help!

Glucometer Testing

For all glucometer users please make two copies of your completed test, put one in your education folder and give one to Sarah in Short Stay so she can assure that you have access to the glucometer.

Towel Clips

Please remember when scrubbing a case to remove the towel clips from the drapes before throwing them away. We have lost sixteen clamps in one week and cannot afford to be throwing them in the trash. Thank you.

Employee Satisfaction Survey Results Are In

The Employee Satisfaction Survey Results are in and indicate areas where we need some improvement. Some of these areas are; communication, respect, job responsibilities and working relationships with physicians. We will have a special staff meeting to go over the results on Wednesday November 5th at 0700 and again at 1400. Heidi Brunner from Human Resources will be conducting these meetings. Paula will not be in attendance, so please plan to come and voice your concerns and ideas for improvements for management and the organization.
